    Noritz America is the American division of the largest manufacturer of tankless water heaters from Japan. Their vision is to fundamentally alter the way hot water is viewed in America in a way that will reduce the detrimental effects to the environment caused by manufacturing and using water heating appliances, while increasing the comfort that these products deliver to the user. Through integrity in these actions, Noritz is becoming one of the premier suppliers and educators to the water heater industry.

    Problem:
    Noritz approached Daniel to create an event campaign to introduce their ProCard program which helps installers learn valuable techniques to properly install Noritz products. By signing up and completing the program, Noritz would pay an additional bonus to certified installers for every Noritz tank installed.

    Solution:
    Daniel worked with Noritz to create a comprehensive event and the collateral materials needed to inform and educate attendees. Daniel also created cleaver ads to simply speak to how being ProCard certified would benefit installers. The concept was object based with cleaver headlines. Noritz was pleased with the entire concept and campaign.
