    Experian is widely known as one of the major credit bureaus, they maintain credit files on consumers and run credit checks, but the company is much more. It offers a wide spectrum of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, from direct marketing to outsourcing.

    Problem:
    Experian needed to update the "look and feel" of its product brochures and flagship collateral pieces, to make them more streamlined and user-friendly. At the same time, the company faced a challenge in creating new collateral—its products and services (Web-based applications, databases) are intangible. What is the best way to represent them in a compelling way?

    Solution:
    Daniel worked very closely with Experian to uncover the key factors which differentiated their services from their competition. To resolve the problem of properly representing intangible products and services, he developed an overall design which also maintained the integrity of the style guide provided by their advertising agency. Daniel's designs established consistency and uniformity in appearance across all communications materials. Experian was delighted with the new branding of its new updated line of brochures and data sheets.
