Noritz has been an innovator in the water heating industry for over 60 years. They introduced the first electronically controlled tankless hot water heater in 1981, and they remain the leader in energy savings and superior hot water delivery today. Serving both homeowners and commercial users across the U.S. and Canada, Noritz America offers a broad range of tankless gas water heaters to meet the varying needs of their broad spectrum of customers. Noritz is also one of the premier educators in the water heater industry, promoting environmentally conscious water heating solutions.

Challenge

Noritz approached me to create an event campaign to introduce their ProCard program, which helps installers learn valuable techniques to properly install Noritz products. When installers signed up and completed the certification program, Noritz would pay an additional bonus to them for every Noritz tank installed. Nortiz wanted a strategy to advertise their national ProCard events and register professional installers to join the event and get certified.

Solution

I worked with Noritz to create a comprehensive event and the collateral materials needed to inform and educate attendees. I also created industry-themed ads with clever headlines to speak simply to how being ProCard-certified would benefit installers. Noritz was pleased with the entire concept and campaign and the turnout of enrollees exceeded their expectations.
